According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days (from the date of delivery). After receiving the returned goods and inspecting them, the value excluding transport costs is refunded to the customer - to a bank account within 30 days of the statutory period. Every customer can take advantage of his right to have the goods replaced with another product of his choice.
If the payment of the order was made with a bank card, the return of the paid amount is carried out through a reverse operation on the card that was used to pay for the order.
