Returns and refunds
Dear customers,
Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you may return purchased goods within 14 days of delivery. The purchased products must be in proper saleable condition, with intact packaging and unused. Opening and using a product is treated as compromising its packaging.
When returning goods:
1. Complete the “Goods return form” using the button at the bottom of this page and print it.
2. Put the form inside the parcel.
3. Transport costs are paid by the customer and are not refunded. You may check the likely direct return costs with a courier or Bulgarian Posts through the following links:

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, their value excluding transport costs is refunded to the customer’s bank account within the stated statutory period of 30 days. Each customer may also request an exchange for another product of their choice.
If the order was paid by bank card, the refund is made through a reverse transaction to the card used for payment.
