Shipping and payment
Deliveries from Milanocosmetic.eu usually take 1–4 working days. Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are dispatched that day. Orders placed after 12:00 are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or outside working hours are dispatched after 12:00 on the next working day.
On receipt, please check your parcel for damage. If its packaging is damaged or broken due to the courier service, complete a “Damaged parcel report”. This report allows us to replace damaged items free of charge. The courier will notify us, or you may contact milanocosmetic.bg@gmail.com.
